INSPECTION & TEST EQUIPMENT

Product testing and inspection is a critical part of any manufacturing process. Our engineers have vast experience in designing and building custom test equipment to ensure product meets the correct specifications. This equipment can be standalone cells or integrated into our larger automation processes.

PROOF OF CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

With the increasing need to automate difficult manufacturing processes to achieve efficiencies, the PoP (Proof of Principle) approach is becoming a smart stepping-stone for automation projects while also minimising risk. This is especially so with manufacturing processes or complex products for which there is not an obvious automation solution.

BUILD TO PRINT EQUIPMENT

As well as being at the cutting edge of innovation for custom automation, clients often approach us with build to print projects where they require a repeat build of an existing machine or of a full production line. We apply the same high standards to these builds as with our own custom equipment.
